It is the same thing.  Celebrity formally calls it "Celebrity Select Dining" or "Select".  Many people call it "anytime" dining.

Actually Celebrity called it Anytime Dining when .I booked my cruise. "Anytime dining" was already checked off as my choice presumably because the fixed dining was already full. Rather confusing for a first-timer to all of a sudden see another "formal" name. 😆
