Arranging time for first night complimentary dinner?

If your first night’s specialty dinner is complimentary, I am assuming you are in a suite.  In my experience, you will receive an invitation in your cabin for the time and restaurant they’ve assigned to you.  You can change that by going to speak with the hostess at the restaurant .. do it as soon as you board, though.

We were once able to change our reservation to the second night as the Crown Grill was completely booked for the first night.

Good luck getting the app to book at no charge!

Up until now I had no probs doing that but canNOT do it now for my paid in full May cruise!!!

You can make the res on board

You can make it in the apo and pay but get money back on board

There will NOT be an invite in your cabin telling you a time

I booked our 1st night specialty dining through the app yesterday, one day after we upgraded our cabin to a suite. The cost was immediately credited and we weren’t not charged anything. I think the instant credit is a recent change in the app.
