In my experience, you will receive an invitation in your cabin for the time and restaurant they’ve assigned to you. You can change that by going to speak with the hostess at the restaurant .. do it as soon as you board, though. Up until now I had no probs doing that but canNOT do it now for my paid in full May cruise!!!
