Can You Combine CC Tier Discounts w/Onboard Sales?

My apologies in advance for what might be a rather silly question to many of you, however a search on the CC search bar did not provide an answer.

If I want to book a spa service/massage onboard and there is a sale or a discounted price on a port day (don't even know if they offer that but hoping they do lol), am I allowed to also receive my tier status discount on top of a "special" onboard spa offer?  Thank you to folks who can offer some insight.

Generally no but I have heard of some that were successful.     When I called recently I was told no.  Either / Or but not both.

I also have not been able to stack promotional discounts with CC discounts, and that even has applied to pre-cruise sales on the Cruise Planner.

Thank you so much folks!  Have not cruised since just before the shutdown so a little rusty/memory is not so great on how this works coming up on our first cruise in over three years.  Truly appreciate the input  😊
