OK, am guessing you booked them with Celebrity?  When is your cruise?  

Did you pay with OBC?  If so about a week later it should show up on  the app.

If you paid with a credit card, look at the activity on your card. 

If you signed up for notifications- doesn't happen automatically- you will get an email along with dozens of annoying messages about cruise sales.

I suggest you log into your reservation on the website.  Go to Plan Cruise and in the upper right hand corner there is a circle with your initial'.  Click on that and select order history.  Open each entry and you will find a description 

 

From what you describe it sounds like you may have put the excursions in your shopping cart but may not have gone all the way through to pay for them.  If you had been charged you would have received a email confirming your purchase.
