Anyway, I have tried leaving home blank, I have tried putting cell number in both home & mobile I have tried using our old (no longer valid) home # & I keep getting the "Home phone is mandatory" error message & can't move on in the process. I finally got through to do a live chat w an agent. That time was wasted - he had NO answers or suggestions, just kept telling me I HAD to have a home phone #. I gave up. I really am trying to not call & be on hold for ever. I know we are not the only people who no longer have a home phone! Is it just me - or what is the work-around for this?? Just double checked my next cruise and both my Home and Mobile phone # are the same (and fully checked in) No dashes, just 9998884444 Also try adding it via the website (not the app). Good thing once you are successful getting your info in, for all future cruises it is there already, no need to go through thsi frustrating process again.
