San Diego HAL pier

We've sailed out of & into San Diego a few times & I must say the process both ways is extremely chaotic....for as long as they've been doing it, it should be much more organized than it is.....boarding times & priority status is not recognized or adhered to & as far as disembarkation goes, what a mess!!  When we came off the K on March 25, our time was delayed by at least 45 minutes...thank heavens our 11 a.m. flight on Alaska had been changed to 1:48 pm...we didn't hit the airport till close to noon.

They just announced a small $5 million remodel of the terminal to speed things up and to hold them over until one of the cruise lines has money to partner with them for a more ambitious remodel.
