Does the UDP include Tapas at Vintages on Oasis?

I don’t think it is. I’ve obsessed and read multiple reviews and watched tons of YouTube videos and I’ve only seen it featured once. I’m not a wine drinker but am going to be sure to go there on my cruise next week. The video I saw the food looked really good.

Does Tapas still exist on Oasis ships?  I thought they replaced it with Giavanni's Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar?

Pretty sure the tapas always came from Giovanni's.

Just had a great bottle of wine, charcutery plate and olive plate last Saturday evening on Wonder. The food does come from Giavanni's and it is not included in the UDP...

Me too! I did my first solo cruise last May and I’d get a couple of items along with a glass of wine. Love how quiet it is in Vintages, sometimes I was the only one there.
