I'm trying to manage my upcoming 6th cruise but, after the update, all of the icons on the bottom are grayed out and sailings no longer showup. Spent 60 frustrating minutes online with VV tech support (regretting my most recent booking) and finally hung up when she instructed me to create a new account and abandon my current one 😞 Anyone else having issues with VV's app after iOS updates? Mine seems okay at the moment, but I had issues last September and couldn’t book dining on the transatlantic in October as it thought I was still on Valiant Lady from March. The accounts seem to very easily get mixed up and it doesn’t seem to cope well with repeat cruisers. Seems to be the back end accounts more than the app that is the issue. leisuretraveler223 Posted April 12, 2023 #8 Share Posted April 12, 2023 Whenever in doubt about any app not working correctly, the BEST first step is to delete the app and then download it again.
