quack2 Posted April 12, 2023 #1 Share Posted April 12, 2023 It looks interesting. I've done just about everything I care to do in Juneau on prior trips.
wolfie11 Posted April 12, 2023 #2 Share Posted April 12, 2023 Well, I guess there's only one way to find out? 😁 I've driven by there many times but it's never interested me. I'd much rather go for a hike in the woods.
Rare Coral Posted April 13, 2023 #3 Share Posted April 13, 2023 It depends on the time of year you are going. I know several who have gone in May and they say it is empty then.

We booked the Glacier and Gardens through HAL and had some concern that the Gardens may not be particularly spectacular due to the time of year. They said they saw soil with plants and no flowers/blossoms.
Nola26 Posted April 27, 2023 #7 Share Posted April 27, 2023 Just now, Coral said: Empty as in no flowers. They said they saw soil with plants and no flowers/blossoms. Thanks, that was my concern. There are other options, we'll switch things up but still go to the Glacier.
