I’m hoping that someone may be able to offer some advice with an issue since I haven’t found anyone on the Celebrity phone lines who has been able to resolve it. Somehow, my captain’s club number has been reassigned to my husband. According to their records, he has 2 numbers now (both mine and his). This happened sometime between a cruise we took in February and booking a cruise to Alaska. No one can explain how it happened and no one has been able to resolve the issue. Ironically, we have shared the same email address for 20 years and the mix up didn’t happen until we tried to change one to accommodate the new app. I have been speaking with the captain’s club reps about the issue.
