Great to hear.  Between the Grand and now issues on Queen Mary 2, seems like the older ships out there aren't weathering years of deferred maintenance very well.

What evidence do you have that maintenance has been deferred?

Despite being informed fix of outage . Cabin ac failed throughout trip . Heading north cabin freezing and not fixed.  Think ship needs major overhaul. After cost of cruise very disappointed with response to get cabin ac fixed .

In addition medalion charging a nightmare . Have numerous charges applied to our account . Constantly having to have them corrected .

They don't. But when someone says things like "deferred maintenance", they sound like they know what they're talking about.
