Prepay Gratuities?

Refunds are very quick recently.  Even WC refunds of over 200k have been less than a week.

Point is if you pre pay and receive bad service, you have no recourse. And remember folks.

Automatic gratuities can be removed at anytime for any reason by going to guests services and requesting they be removed or by calling guest services from your cabin.

Sure you do.  Complain to the hotel manager and front desk, leave suitable commentary on post-cruise survey, spend your money on a different cruise line.

I get bad service, I like to have the option to return the favor with bad tips. If you don't like that, it's even better. LOL.
