Cruise return time

Hi - I have a question about “all aboard” times.  We are due to be in port in Livorno from 7am to 7 pm on June 3rd on the Enchantment. Is 7 the time we will be required on board or will it be earlier?

 

I am considering a tour which returns to the port shuttle stop at 5:30pm. It feels a bit tight but we will be in Luca first and then Pisa so I feel we could always get a ttaxi or train back if there was a problem. What do more experienced cruisers think?

Earlier.  Most likely 6:30 will be all aboard

All aboard time is usually 30 minutes prior to departure - 6:30pm

 

A tour that arrives back at the port shuttle stop at 5:30pm should be fine, albeit a bit tight.  I would expect the shuttle buses to do their last run about 6:00 pm.  It is about 15 minutes drive between the downtown shuttle stop and the ship.  Many ship excursion buses will likely be arriving back between 5:30 and 6:30pm.

Any reputable tour operator will know the schedule of the shuttles and will have you back in time.

Thanks all, does sound a little tight!  Maybe we will just concentrate on Pisa rather than trying to do Luca and Pisa.
