Shuttle To Port Canaveral?

I am cruising in Sept. and will be flying into Orlando Sanford Int Airport. Can anyone tell me what the best way is to get to Port Canaveral? I know there are Ubers but they can get a little pricy depending on the time of day. Thanks in advance

Many shuttles from MCO to PC. We've had great service with Cruise Control and have used them roundtrip.

OP is flying into Sanford, not MCO.  Here is a list of approved shuttles from the Sanford airport website - Cocoa Beach Shuttle is the one I recognize that services PC area hotels and the port.
