Complimentary shoe-shining service

We'll be in an Aquaclass cabin on our Summit cruise next week. I've seen shoe-shining service listed as one of the benefits. Is that still available?

We only used it once.  Gave shoes to cabin attendant and they came back better than they were but not what I would call a good shoeshine.

I sent a pair of black leather shoes and was pleased with the final product.  It was included in our benefits. The shoes were returned in time for dinner.
