Non refundable on board credit

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Currently on Allure and app says my on board credit is nonrefundable. I got part of it from being a shareholder and part of it from Royal for purchasing the premier package that ended up being a computer glitch on their end. Can I still cash it out in the casino or do I need to start spending it so I don't lose it at the end of the cruise?

Cashing out via the slot machine should still work.

Thank you everyone for your answers.  I'm going to wait until later in the week to cash out after I'm done with any spending but I'm glad to hear it will work.
