Not showing cruise points on Dashboard

For some reason when I login to the dashboard on Royal Caribbean my points don’t show. Anyone else have this issue and can this be fixed?
 

I know my points are safe and I know how many I have, I’m just curious.

I've done this twice and it has worked both times... Weird glitch.

Mine is still wrong after 6 months, three cruises and multiple calls.  I just know when I sailed in May, they had my correct place in crown and anchor and I received all the correct benefits, invites and such.  Meanwhile the app, still shows it doesn't have any idea what I have accumulated.
