Question about the main dining rooms on the Apex

So, we made reservations on the app for dinner.  Will those reservations be honored?

Was on Apex recently and know one of the Maitr'd from Luminae that was working in the Main Dining Room (he was going home the next week and his replacement had arrived).  

 

I asked him and he said that they do have reservations available at least at one of the dining rooms but most worked on first come basis.   He did indicate that if you had a reservation it would be honored but like all other establishments if earlier diners don't leave at a predicted rate there may be a wait.   A person with a reservation will be seated before a walk up if there happens to be a wait.

I believe the OP has read many reports here where E-Class ship have been dropping the reservations system even for people that had reservations for months before the cruise.    The ships have recently been doing away with both fixed time dining and reservations in lieu of anytime dining.
