I would schedule some speakers about the locations being visited. I don’t want to hear just about shopping or them trying to sell excursions. Cultural information, heritage, colonization, industry etc. 

 

Do more contests outside like corn hole or pickle ball etc. One could even do old school party games like the limbo or hot potato. Get people up and involved. 
 

I think a passenger talent show sounds fun too.
