One is slightly more expensive than the other.

I asked shore ex what the difference was.

He said price. They are essentially the same. (Both leave at same time.) They goto the same place.

 

One is a different tour operator then the other.

You can Google the tour names to learn about the different tours. Often sites like TripAdvisor or Viator will post photos and reviews which may help you to make up your mind.

 

If you can't discern any meaningful differences, then go with the cheaper one!

Took the excursion.

The boat is called the Rising sun (I think).

 

The outside talker was entertaining.

(There was also a inside talker for those they preferred inside.)

 

It was only supposed to be 1 1/2 hrs but it lasted 2.

It was great.

 

Luckily I'm coming back to Bermuda in a couple months so will try the $79 one.

Agree with @Charles4515 - Great tours there and at https://kswatersports.com/. 

Lived in Hamilton for years and loved both companies. Reliable, friendly and great options. 

If you really want a treat, rent a whaler yourself - yes, you provide your own swizzles, but the feeling of being on the open water yourself is amazing!

The Rising Son is awesome.  Did both a sunset cruise and a snorkeling tour with them.  The sunset cruise was the best.  The crew was awesome.  Would do it again in a heartbeat.
