Good Morning,

 

I received an email that we are eligible to bid on an upgrade.  I know it is the luck of the draw if it is accepted but is there a way I can check just to make sure my bids were received?  TIA

Once you bid, you should receive an email acknowledging that and the RU site should show your bids as "Submitted".

If I don't get the email, then I should assume the bids were not received?

No, look at the status via the link in the original email offer.

When I click on the link at the bottom of the original email, it just takes me to the page to request the upgrade.  But there is no status information

Do people that book through an outside travel agency typically receive an offer to bid on an upgrade?

Just go back in and you will see your bids that can be modified up to the moment the ship leaves the dock.

There are a few big box TAs that do not participate in the program. Most do.
