beller Posted July 18, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 18, 2023 Has anybody had this issue? My wife has completed all the necessary documents, cruise contract etc for her check in. It has all the check marks beside each category that is required. she has filled out to receive her complimentary medallion and even though it says her order is confirmed she is still not showing completely checked in. Everyone else in our party has done the exact same thing and we are all checked in. We have called Princess and they continue to say there is nothing missing in her documentation. If it’s after August 1st and you opted to pick up your Medallion at the port you will revert to blue, or if you’re outside the US same thing.
