Deck 6 near eden

Anyone know how loud or bothersome Eden is deck 6 aft is? We have one of the deluxe porthole verandas on Ascent in March. We are not super early to bed so hoping it won't be too bad.

We were in an SV on Apex Deck 7 and it was never an issue, so I doubt 6 would be affected (especially since any music is down on 5 and further aft).  And no, there was no secret entrance to Eden from Deck 6.

Knew about the no secret entrance which is fine. We booked a guarantee and this was the assigned room so didnt know if we should look into swapping. This is out first time on the e-class ships so thank you!

We asked to move from our Deck 6 SV on Apex and were fortunate to be able to. The bass in the evenings was awful for hours.

Do you mean deck7? Deck 6 has no SV.

If you're not early to bed it shouldn't be an issue. However, is there any available porthole varanda P2 category on your sailing? Maybe at the front closer to the elevators? If so, I'd call and request to change rooms to one of those. Don't mention the guarantee assignment. If not, you'll likely not notice anything from your room.

Sure. Whichever deck is right above Eden. Noisy as all getout. I'd change rooms if you're even closer on Deck 6.

We stayed in a Deluxe Porthole Verandah on deck 7 on Apex last fall. The room was the DPV furthest aft and we could hear the bass from the later shows being performed in Eden. Otherwise it was a very quiet cabin. We are early-to-bed people so if you tend to go to bed later (after the shows at Eden are over), then you probably won’t have a problem.

If you go to bed after midnight, then you should be fine.
