Carry on beverages on the Liberty of the Seas

Recommended Posts

I know we are allowed to carry on 1 bottle of wine or champagnes per each adult (drinking age adult).

And we can bring 12 (17 ounce) of a non-alcoholic beverage.  Is this per each adult or is it per state room?

Also will we check these "carry-ons" with our regular luggage and they will be delivered to our room or do we have carry these item onto the ship and walk around with them while we wait for our room to be ready?

Carry on means you carry them on, and lug them around until your cabin is ready. FAQ says carry on only.

The 12 non alcoholic drinks are per cabin.

A carry-on is not left with the porters and the rest of your luggage. It's exactly as it sounds--you carry it on...and keep it with you until rooms are ready.  If you're bringing the 12 pack of water and/or soda per stateroom as well as a bottle of wine per adult, I suggest you get a small bag with wheels because that stuff gets heavy. And by small, they have wheeled small backpacks or small wheeled luggage that would fit uder an airplane seat.  The ship is crowded on boarding day until rooms open up, so dragging anything too large will be a hassle.

"Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted".
