Already Booked Standard With OBC, Will Upgrade To Plus Give Me Another OBC

I have a long cruise coming up.  I booked the standard and received a nice OBC that I have already use to book a couple of must-have excursions.  If I were to upgrade to Plus - which lists the same OBC - would I get another OBC with the upgrade, or is that just an illusion of their marketing?

I'd call it a mirage.  Besides, all that is needed is the $60/pp/day add-on and not a re-fare.

If you re-book the plus fare you will lose your std. fare booking and receive whatever your new fare offers. If you upgrade to a plus fare you will be charged $60/pp/day.
