Does NCL commonly have these issues with booking upgrades?

I'm trying to book the spa pass and it's 419/person. If I book for one person the subtotal is 419....If I book for two the subtotal is....1257? I tried calling NCL and they don't seem to know what's going on either..lol

What price is supposed to be correct? NCL is telling me if it shows 1257 that must be it.

7 days on the Escape in May 2023 was $299. 

7 days on the Prima in December 2022 was $339

It seems that it is picking up 3 participants somehow.. have you cleared your cart like a million times already trying to fix it?!

I don’t think you removed the one from the cart before you booked two.

This happened to us too! We finally booked one person at a time. The price worked out correctly then. We tried two phones, three computers, and finally just tried the let's see what happens if we select and pay for one person at a time method. 

 

We paid $349 per person, for an eleven day cruise. Good luck!

Mine I find weird as well. Not sure why it’s about 35% more.
