Unable to open marketing emails

I've booked my first Royal cruise in years and am now getting emails from their marketing department.  When I click on a link that says "Click here to navigate in browser", I get a message that says the system is temporarily unavailable and to try again later.  It's never available.   

 

Anyone know the work around for this?  I've tried copying and pasting into different browsers with the same "unavailable" result.
