Your "Electric Conveyance Vehicle" (scooter) (had to look it up, but pretty much thought this is what you were referring to), is it being rented from one of the Princess approved vendors? Typically if done through the approved vendor, it will be delivered to the cabin, and can be left there at the end of the cruise. Other vendors will deliver to the terminal. Some terminals (mostly Florida, IIRC), the approved vendors have booths in the terminal for pickup. Check with the rental company to get the right answer.
