  1. If you have a set dining time can you still make a res for a different time if something comes up?
  2. How often are they redoing the beds normally?
  3. Does any of the adult stuff have a price? Cooking demos for example? If so how do we find out what will be available on board so we can budget?
  4. Only 2 options for maki seems kind of restrictive - begining to second guess our cruise with Princess. May cancel and just go to Vegas.
  5. But it looks like all maki are up for grabs?
  6. And I assume that the stuff listed on the menu under special is out of pocket?
  7. If we have premium and therefor can order as much as we want can we order than one meal at a time?
  8. How does this work? Do we have to get the fixed price set menu or can we order up to a certain amount? Specifically I'm looking at sushi, we only like certain kinds of sushi and I'm wondering if we can use our premium here or we'd have to pay out of pocket?
  9. Can we order from the dining room using the app?
  10. Looking at booking a cali coast cruise - and that shows a lot of time spent in port and very little at sea. How will this change the availability of things on board? Will the casual dining spots for charge still be open? Will the mdr be open for non dinners? Will shops be open?
  11. Is this 15 drink limit for adult drinks only or does it include non alcohol based drinks?
  12. I don't care where the room is located as long as the toilet has bars and the shower has a seat.... Ok, and that it has a balcony as I paid extra for that.
  13. If we do get upgraded it would just be to another handicap room right? They wouldn't just take that away from a passenger with needs right?
  14. We're doing Mexican Rivera and wont be getting off the ship.
  15. Closed Loops from and to the US can still be done with birth certificates right?
  16. Odd question, but I was looking at the drinks on this link and I realized some of these cocktails have like 4 different types of rum or other alcohol. Do they count as 1 drink or 4 towards your 15 a day?
  17. I know on Disney adults who want to go can go trick or treating - what's the rule on Princess?
  18. TLDR: There are a lot of things involved in the packages that may or may not work for you, and even without one, you may use enough of the others to make it a good plan for you. Sit down and figure out what you will actually do, then give yourself a little room for what you WANT to do (You're on vacation - treat yourself). Figure out what it would cost you to purchase all of it without the package and see what costs you the least money - then do THAT. Actually I've done the math and even though we wont use the internet section, Premiere still works for us. First we will use the full digital photo package, there's the obvious tips, we will eat at least 3 meals in casuals since we can't leave the ship and mdrs aren't open on port days... but we'll probably grab sushi here and there outside of that. We would have done both specialty restaurant dinners anyway, we'll eat at least 1 dessert a day, if not both (We hear tell of some cake slices to be had as well as the crazy ice creams). Will take full advantage of the ocean now food delivery because it's hard to carry drinks and snacks while steering a scooter, and all of that is before we start drinking - at minimum there are specialty coffees for wake up, fancy juices for breakfast, cocktails for lunch, wines for dinner, the fact that I go through a ton of ice tea, which from what I hear means ordering a lot of hot teas to pour over ice. And of course there is probably going to be other cocktails/Mocktails here and there thorough the cruise. And I fully intend to do a self directed bar crawl at least one night of the cruise.
  19. Oooh please come back and give us some info on this! We're doing the Halloween on Discovery next year and I'm eager to find out more about what happens on a Halloween cruise. Have a fantastic trip!
  20. Where are these menus? I was under the impression it was a pick one app, one main and one dessert.
