Usually you would pay the difference between the rooms. A discounted Interior doesn’t mean a discounted Balcony.

This must be the casino rate last minute deal? $100 and $100 OBC? If so, you are only getting the interior offers and would have to pay full price for a balcony. But you could always call!! Good luck!

Some of my offers have $100 Balcony rates, discounted rates or full price.  Depends on the sail date and ship.

We also have that offer. Also would like a balcony, but it's $1540.00 more for the cheapest balcony than the interior under that offer.  We are sticking to interior for Jubilee.

The answer is "maybe".  You can try mock bookings to see pricing.  Usually I see a substantial discount when I check spa or balcony options when I have those offers

we were able to get an inside room with "an obstructed oceanview" window on our Dec cruise.  

 

its the casino offer.   we have done those in the past and always been issued an inside room without upgrade offers to us.   wife is platinum, im a goldie.  

 

(those were my first two inside cabins and for $100/wk i can deal.  but a window/balcony is muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch more attractive to me)
