Thanks deleting and  reinstalling did it

Mine are the same for both. Awhile ago, Princess revised the password requirements. To work on the app, I believe the password needs at least 8 characters, including a capital letter, a special character and a number. You might need to change your password on the website, then try using the new one to access the app.
