I see HAL has brought out a new offer with airline credit etc etc!   Has anyone got this added to already booked cruises?

Sometimes they have added them!   Not lousing hope yet!

It does say new bookings only

The new offer is not Have It All Plus. If you have HIA+, be careful. The prepaid tips, elite beverage package, and premium wifi are pretty valuable. Don't accidentally lose them.

I asked my TA about the new offer and she told me, new bookings only and that I would lose all my perks and it would actually cost more, don't rebook.

Sounds great but for so many of these offers they raise the price on one end and offer the new perks...not always a money saver. (disclaimer-I live with an accountant 🫣)

Agree.  HAL likes to throw different deals out there to see which ones people "bite" on.  Most times the end price/deal is about the same, but value to YOU may vary.
