First time Prime 23/24 , how do you get the free cruise for Australian as royal is only here for our summer . Thanks for any info.

I can only give you an illustration from my experience.  Go to your Casino Royale account and when you see the offer click redeem and follow the instructions   There will follow a page that will ask certain questions such as ship, date of sail, etc.  Once finished and submit the request, an e-mail will follow to see if accepted.

Ps.  There is also a $ value as trade in for any sails.  For instance, I wanted to upgrade from the interior to a balcony, but the pricing was not up to what I expected.  The trade in value was $500 and I used it towards a February 8 night sail on Anthem and after the C&A balcony discount and the solo supplement it cost about $750.

Keep in mind, the offer doesn't come out till after April 1st, 2024 if you made Prime in 2023. Usually by the 15th of April.

There will be a list of restrictions provided (usually new ships and cruises over Christmas & New Years). For Prime it is a free interior for up to 7 nights. As mentioned previously, the offer appears in your Club Royale account around mid-April and you can pay to upgrade above an interior cabin.

That is the reason that I chose the $500 as it was restricted to 7 nights only, whereas the same identical cruise of February 2022 was gratis even with the upgrade to Oceanview balcony. Only taxes & fees incurred.   Rules changed, don't know when.

Your ship must sail no later than March 31, 2025.

Your annual prime tier cruise can be booked anytime.   Now or months from now.

You may receive other offers, best to check the clubroyaleoffers website weekly for new offers.

I'm not sure if this is the case in Australia, but I always ask if I can get an upgrade when I call them and, if there is any available, I usually get one at no additional cost. It never hurts to ask!!  We have two separate accounts (me and husband) and I give them both numbers and we are offered mostly balcony cabins. The last cruise I booked, we got an upgrade from a balcony to a Junior Suite.  If you go to ClubRoyale.com and put in your account number, you can see what cruises are available to you. Good luck!!!!

Go to the Club Royale website first and you can see what cruises are offered to you.  When and if you see one that you want, call Club Royale and tell them which one you are interested in. Very simple!!!  Ask for an upgrade and they will tell you if one is available and what the price, if any, will be (we get free upgrades frequently). We do this all the time and they are very helpful.

But what can sale date be ? After 31 march 2025 . Can it be in 2026 ? Thanks

I also reached Prime for the first time last casino year so this month's annual tier cruise is my first. I am also UK based - not US - so you may find this useful.

There are Australian Club Royal contact details;

Australia

Toll Free Number: 1 800 965 878

Email: clubroyale@rccl.com

M-F 8:00am – 8:00pm / Sat-Sun 9:00am – 6:00 pm

I called the UK equivalent number and the representative was very helpful. The booking was made under the local (UK) T&Cs and pricing - so pounds rather than US dollars for me. This may or may not be advantageous but for me it meant no port fees and taxes. I believe Australia has the gratuities included in the cruise price so I don't know if you will be given an option to pay them upfront (as I was), will be required to pay them or as they are part of the cruise fare it will be covered by the 'free' offer. If you are interested in an upgrade just ask and they will give you the price which will be the difference between the casino cost of an interior cabin and that of the upgraded cabin category. You can try doing a mock booking to get a rough idea. Some sailings you can upgrade for very little or no extra cost.

Good luck and enjoy!
