This is new:

Follow link to online form, complete information, and then upload your stock document.  Very quick and east.

Yes, although I've seen a number of reports that people who used it were then asked to re-submit the old-fashioned way - so maybe not quite functional yet.

Julig22 - it worked just fine for me last week.  Took 4 days (over a holiday, even) and the OBC is showing on my account.  YMMV

Good to know. I wouldn't have even known there was anything new if it weren't for comments here. I also submitted 2 email requests last Sunday (before the Monday holiday) - and my credits appeared on Friday.

I submitted the electronic form but received this with the 'paper' form attached:

"Thank you for contacting Norwegian Cruise Line.

In order to process your request, please fill out the attached form  and respond to this email."

The e-mail makes no reference to the online form I filled in or any issue with the information in it, so I've gone back to them to say I've already completed it electronically, as I dislike repeating myself especially if there's no good reason given.

I submitted my request online as well and uploaded the documentation.  When you refer to seeing it on your account, is this something I can find in online in the NCL My Vacation Summary area and/or in the NCL app ?  Thanks.

I got an email saying it was approved and when I look at my reservation under "my account" on the NCL website, it shows $100 on board credit

Just to update, I went back to say I'd already done the onlien form and the next e-mail I had from them was to say the OBC was applied. No idea why they supplied me the PDF form when they clearly already had the required information.

Anyway, happy now that I have the OBC  but my recommendation would be to push back in the first instance if you fill in the form online and get asked to do it again by e-mail.

OMG I love the new submission form/process.  Sooooo much easier!

Just FYI, yesterday I submitted my OBC form.  This morning the OBC has been applied.  Crazy fast! Yay.

Where does the stock OBC show up NCL site?

Thanks

Log into your account, open your reservation.  When that opens  Look for "Reservation At-a-Glance."  See "Onboard Spending" for $ amount!

Hi,

Who do I contact to check on my submission that I made a week ago.

I do not see the OBC applied anywhere on my reservation.

Are you certain it's not there?  When you look at your account reservation, is your "Onboard Spending" showing $0.00?

If that were the case for our accounts, I would resubmit the form.  (Also, you should have received a case number if they received your document!)

Can we use the OBC for upgrading to the unlimited wifi? Also, to make sure I understand, we can use it:

*in gift shop

*for excursions

*for transfers to airport

*Buying liquor (the kind you pick up at end of cruise)

*specialty dining

What about upgrading drinks on cruise...like above cost limit of drink package? And what about using to play games like Bingo or Deal or No Deal?

Yes, you can use it for upgrading (or buying) drinks, bingo and Deal or No Deal. Just not in the casino.
