Closest parking to the Jubilee

What parking lot is closest to the terminal for the Jubilee?  We have the Express lot booked but it looks like Pier 25 lot may be closer.  Has anyone parked at the Pier 25 lot? We parked at the Express lot in Aug for the Dream and it was great.

You can no longer access that lot. It has been closed for public use and is now used solely for customs and border control parking.

 

we always park there and we were called and told of the changes (I think) two  months ago and given a refund for our future cruise.
