How do I contact my cruise?

Not a new cruiser but its been 11 years. People on here say let your cruise know if you need distilled water for a cpap machine for example and the cruise could have a bottle and maybe extension cord waiting for you in your room. I don't see anywhere where to do this online or the app. I should say I have not paid for my cruise in full just put down the down payment. Perhaps that is why. Does paying in full open up more options like the actual documents and luggage tags?

You can fill out the attached form.  Success in getting distilled water vary, I've been successful about 50% of the time.   I advise bringing your own extension cord.   Send form to:

What do you do the 50% of times there is no distilled water? Just use regular water?

Ask your room steward, or just use regular water, it won't be the end of the world.
