Contacting John Heald for help

I know this is on here somewhere.   But I am having trouble finding it.  Can anyone tell me where I can go to ask John for help?  Thank you.

John isn't a "Beard" or even an Executive so sometimes better to go straight to Customer Care.  Any request on his page may be answered by one of his substitutes and all are subject to comments.

As mentioned by @mz-s, questions are answered by Mr. Heald on his FB page.  But there's a little more to it than that.  He rarely replies to his own posts except the one post per day where it says (in summary) "Post your questions here".  And if it says something like "this post is closed", he's done answering questions for the day and won't monitor that post anymore.

 

I've had good luck getting answers from him to my trivial questions, but YMMV.
