Be sure to document everything. One sister's request went through with no problems.  I just resolved an outstanding (lost) referral for another sister.  I had all the emails, screen shots, etc.  They did finally credit both of us with Good Will OBC.

Yes, this happened to me too. They kept saying "you'll get the OBC on the next cruise". Never got it nor the people I referred. To be honest, I don't know if they did everything right on their part
