I got an instant email from Barbados immigration when I completed mine about 3 weeks ago.

You can only complete it 72 hours before embarking. P&O send you a link in an email.

Filling it out prior makes it quicker through customs. Three days out I had difficulty getting it to accept online. It finally accepted after I re-took the passport photo. Took us less than 10 minutes to get through customs.

We got our confirmation straight away. If it helps no one looked at it anyway ...

But isn’t it like the US ESTA? Electronically linked to your passport so you don’t have to show it, but you won’t get in without it?

Is this form only if you are flying into Barbados. We are on a cruise that has a port stop in Barbados but I am unable to find information on if we need to fill out this form and if we can not do it until three days before arrival we will already be on the ship with no WiFi.

I tried to use the link in the P&O email to use the app but it gives errors when you try to download from the Google Play store.  Anyone else had this problem?

 

Looks like I'll have to use the old web form if not.

I filled out the form online and submitted it and after 30 minutes was still submitting.

not sure what to do.

I completed online today and it probably only took a minute to be approved.

 

If it didn't complete, maybe go back in and try again, checking that your photos were the correct size as this has been reported in another thread as something that can cause issues.

After multiple times finally completed the form. Could never figure out what the issue was.

After multiple attempts I was unable to get immigration my form. I tried on an iPad and a Mac with no success. I finally reached out to them and they gave me two key pieces of information. 
1. Do it using Chrome. I’m not sure Safari was the issue but I did it anyway. 
2. Only provide the picture from your passport. They don’t want the other information. Also make sure the file size of the photo is 3MB or less. 
Following this advice resulted in it working the first time.
