Accessible cabin

My wife and I have done lot of cruises over the last 10 years and  my wife has brought along a mobility scooter and we usually have a disabled cabin depending on which ship we are on ,as I am getting older and more arthritic I can see a time when I will need a scooter too so, my question is will the cruise lines allow two vehicles in the one cabin ?
Do different lines have different policies ?

I have never seen a published limit. 
 

It might be a little challenging fitting two scooters into the same cabin and have tje ability to turn them around for exit.

Royal Caribbean does.  We have had 2 scooters in our cabins for several years now.  We usual have them remove the glass coffee table.  I’m sorry, but I don’t know the policies on other lines.  We have cruised on Royal only, for the last 10+ years.

With the options of having folding scooters space is not such a problem ,I was thinking that if there is an emergency evacuation that by some maritime regulations they would require one occupant to be fit enough to help the disabled one.

I e mailed P &O last week but not had a reply so far.

It’s encouraging to know that RC allow it ,I hope the other lines do too.

In the event of an emergency, the crew will assist you.

I have had a reply from P&O and it is ok to have two scooters in an adapted cabin.

They fit in pretty easily on MSC Divina.

on Princess accessible cabin we got two in the cabin but difficult to maneuver in and out.

My friend and I both require scooters and we've never had an issue on Princess, in an accessible cabin.  Plenty of room to park the scooters and still have room to navigate around the cabin.

I've found that storing the scooter in the not-in-use shower area of the bathroom can free the cabin space.  Cabin 10236 on MSC Seashore was the smallest hcp cabin I have ever been in!
