Is this what you're talking about?  If so it looks to be a new program so you may not get many answers.

Yes, we have one booked for June 2025 out of NY. We recently noticed that Princess pulled all the excursions listed from Norfolk. Don't know why. No excursions have been listed yet for Charleston.

Four of us will be on the June 19th cruise from Fort Lauderdale to Quebec. Looks like an exciting itinerary. I noticed that Princess originally included Yorktown, then switched to Norfolk. I Googled about the difference and found the following article:

Right now the cruise terminal in Norfolk is closed for upgrades. It is supposed to be open sometime in 2025. They are also trying to use Yorktown as a possible alternative but that is not going over with the residents there.

Charleston is trying to ban all cruise ships.

From what I've read, Charleston will still be a stop for cruise ships, but none will be allowed to start or end there.

Princess is still showing Charleston for our stop on June 21, 2024, and Norfolk on June 23, 2024, so they must have made arrangements or plan to skip those ports and tell us on board. 😬

Or Norfolk will allow short stops but not beginning and ending of cruises. It is a strange terminal to do this.  Very congested.
