Room Service Clarification

We haven't cruised since Carnival stopped the door knob request for coffee, breakfast, etc. We used this as our wake up call.  I understand you have to call and order morning coffee.  My question, can you make this call the night before and set a delivery time?

We did this a couple of times with no issues on MG this past December.  The delivery came within 15 minutes of our requested time.

Yes, we have done this several times in 22-23.

Supposedly you can, but I have seen many complaints about them not answering the phone to schedule it.

Last November, my wife called the first night and requested coffee for every morning on our cruise.  This worked just fine for us.
