Booking excursions on app

I am trying to book our excursions on the RC app but the reserve now button is grey and won’t let me reserve. Anyone else have this problem?

Happens to me all the time. Give it an hour or two. Royal IT is well......

Try in your account online instead of the app.

In general, it's better to use the browser based online planner for pre-cruise purchases. Usually that's done on a bigger screen where you can see a bit more of what you doing/buying and usually works better than the app.

Another vote for using the browser based planner.  In my example, several different liquor tastings on the ship would show up in the app, but wouldn't list a price or allow purchase.  However on the browser you could see the price and book.
