We had an M&G in Take 5 this morning. We had about half the people show up and 7 officers and then the other half showed up after they left and were disappointed they missed them. After that we had a Slot Pull and Randy saved us with a big win. We ended up with a $3 profit each but fun was had by all!  We met a bunch of great people. I can relax now and have fun. It's a lot of work to pull off events and I thank everyone who showed up. I thank Mary Anne with Guest Services who stuck with me the whole time and made sure everything happened that I had requested. She was awesome!

Last night's dinner was Weiner Zweibel and Garlic Shrimp... both were good. Dessert was pink grapefruit sorbet, pear flambee', chocolate cherry trifle 👎 and creme Brule'.  I'm not a dessert person but the sorbet sounded good as a pallet cleanser. DH enjoyed the creme Brule'.  After that it was off to the Champagne fountain and meet the crew. The dancers did a little number, DuVaul introduced everyone, the Captain kicked everything off and we headed off to see Rock Opera which was awesome!  Bravo has always been my favorite but this show is right up there. After that we called it a night. We have an excursion in Cozumel to rest up for.

Will be following as well.
was on the Enchatec in September 2023 for a Med cruise and love the ship, crew and food. My only little downer for this ship is the Jazz Club …beautiful space but OMG was so boring and hardly anyone In there. The need to utilize this space for a better attraction or just bring it back to a night club. I think they have realized that this place was a mistake as I don’t recall seeing it on the planes for the Sun Princess.

This is such not a big thing that we are looking into booking it again but this time in the Caribbean for November.

Have a great time

Yesterday was Cozumel and we did a private excursion thru Viator that went to 3 reefs. Palancar... although maybe not because he called it something else something about a balloon because of its shape... Columbia... and El Cielo... then to the sand bar. OMG 😲 the water was incredible. Crystal clear drop dead gorgeous. You don't see this water at their beaches. At the sand bar we had tons of rays... everywhere and then schools of something showed up. They looked like baby sharks. Had a big dorsal fin... but I suspect they were something else. The company that took us was May-be tours and our crew was awesome. Very safety conscious and watchful. The captain was very good at moving people on and off the boat for snorkel stops. 5 min ride from the port...$10 for both of us each way. We left at 10 and got back at 2:30... exactly as he said he would. All onboard was 3:30 and we were the only ship there. 30 people on the boat mostly from hotels but they catered to our time frame. Be asked us when we needed to be back before we left and we asked for 2:30.  The boat was a trimaran. It didn't have any shade so bring coverups and towels for the sun.

Lunch/dinner was in the Lido when we got back. I went to the Captains party at 7 and retired after that.

We're just pulling into Roatan and have a busy day ahead of us.

OMG, we were on Enchanted in February and LOVED Take 5 and the Jazz trio that was there! The House band (or at least some of them) also played a couple of nights and were good, too. There were always a lot of people in there, seemed to be a hangout for the officers, too. And the bar staff was great! Different strokes for different folks, I guess...

Take 5 was one of our alternate routes to avoid walking thru the smoke filled casino. Take 5 is a nice venue but we aren't jazz fans so we spent very little time in there.

Just pulling away from Roatan. Had a fabulous day with Jovan from Roatan Five Stars. It was just us. We went to the sloths, monkeys and birds. I didn't go in the monkey cage. We also went to the chocolate place and then to a beautiful beach. DH went on a snorkel boat with just 2 other people over to the reef and said it was great. He spent quite a lot of time there while I stayed behind and enjoyed the water. Overall it was a great day. Doing the Lido again for dinner and then going to see 5 Skies.  Can you spot the sloths overhead in the 2 pictures?

We did Manawakie park last year, it was a cool little spot- my wife really LOVED the monkey cage and the history lessons.  Sound like almost the same tour we took- we did the chocolate factory (apparently there is 2, we did the one that was across from a craft shop and then a gas station on the other side of the street) and then a nice little beach with a bar\restaurant that my wife relaxed at while me and the boy snorkeled a little.  Loving the pics, and thanks for the updates!!!

We sail on May 4! Can’t wait! Who are the assistant cruise directors? We have been on the Enchanted before….hope to see some familiar crew faces.

I'll try and find out.  DuVaul is the cruise director. Matt is the Entertainment Director. I haven't been to any of the activities they might be involved in. 4 ports have kept us busy... then casino... then shows... with dinner in there somewhere.

Yesterday in Belize we did a ships excursion... Snorkeling the Barrier Reef.  The took us to Rendezvous Cay... one of the tiniest islands I've ever seen. The reef was mostly bleached out and hardly any fish. Food was not included but they were cooking on the pier. I think it was $12 for chicken, sausage or pork with rice and coleslaw. Drinks and even water was extra although they gave us a bottle of water on the boat. The water was beautiful and there were huge rays that came to greet us. Last night was Lido buffet, a little casino and we called it a night.

We are spending today at the pool and calling it a sea day.

A lovely surprise this morning... we had asked about a ship transfer at guest services when we boarded and they weren't aware of any. I guess they discovered there are enough of us to extend the courtesy.

It would be fair to say that in November, the water at Playa Palancar beach was definitely as crystal clear and aquamarine colored as it is in your photos.

@MissiCruzsso, I’m guessing you don’t recommend the snorkel at the barrier reef? I’m booked on it in June. What do you think. Thanks.

If you're an experienced snorkeler looking for pretty fish... don't waste your time.
