Online check in help

My Royal app has not been working since yesterday. Check in opens today for my June 17th cruise but the app is still not working. I went online but I cannot see where to click to check in online. Please help!

It should appear where mine says check in unavailable…

If your check-in opens date is May 3rd, check-in will open tonight at midnight (departure port local time). Our check-in date was May 2nd and it opened last night at midnight (departure port time); earlier in the day the "check-in" button/icon at the bottom of the opening page of the app appeared (had not been there previously) but only gave a "check back close to your cruise" message. Then at 12:04AM, the check-in button allowed us to get into the check-in area and we selected our arrival times.

Some ships don't have the option to check in online - app only.

Reply to add: Just realized the OP was talking about the web site, not the app (OP doesn't specify what are the symptoms of the app not working). Mike above gave the info OP needs.
