Noordam Alaska Dining Advice

First time with Holland and ready to book in a Neptune Suite.  Active adults and celebrating 60th wedding anniversary (married very early).  On this trip (as opposed to previous cruises) we simply desire to dine at a table for two.  One with celiac/gluten free requirements and always desire to be at same table and normally same staff.  Suggestions best way to accomplish especially for table for two.  Thanks.

Have your TA call and request a table for two with either early or late fixed dining.  If you had no TA you can call and set this up.  Also be sure to fill out the special needs form. HAL is very good dealing with dietary needs if they are informed

PS if you fill out the form you will be presented with a menu for the next evening’s meal and can choose your courses ethics will then be prepared accordingly

We were just on Noordam in a Neptune Suite.  We had anytime dining.  Each night we requested and were seated at a table for two.  Once we had the waiter we liked, we requested him each night.   They were very accommodating and we normally dined around 5:30
