Hi, does the Viva have a dedicated email for concierge of non heaven suites?

There is no email that goes directly to the ship. If pre-cruise concierge service is available, you will receive a letter and luggage tags approximately 40 days prior to departure with contact information.

Welcome to CC.  I'm working hard to not be sent in the afterlife to a non heaven suite.

 

However, I have visited, treading lightly, that town in Grand Cayman several times.  I even have a t-shirt to prove it.
