Why?  If pork isn’t thoroughly cooked it can cause gastrointestinal illnesses     Speaking from experience!

Definitely not cooked IMO...the chef should not have gotten testy with you...that was rude.  Good you reported it...not much else you could do and at this point, I'd let it go.  JMO.  Hope hubby is feeling better.
