Transfer booking to TA after 60 days?

Has anyone been able to transfer a booking made onboard to a travel agent AFTER the 60 days is up? My PCC is ignoring the transfer request and I'm wondering if this is why. In fact, they are ignoring me altogether which is one reason I want to go elsewhere.  Thanks.

I have found them to be pretty firm on the time requirement. 

However, if you forward your emails to guest relations showing you had submitted the request on time, you may get them to do it.

Typically, transfer requests are not handled by PCC, so maybe that's why they haven't prioritized it. Absolutely no excuse for lack of action, but may be a contributing factor.

Also, be sure your original request was outside of final payment as they hold pretty firm on that too.

Wow, I just got an email from my TA stating that HAL did indeed transfer the booking to them. Good job HAL and thank you.

Congratulations!  Was your request inside or outside of 60 days?  Thank you.
