Depending on the app you could attach it to apple pay or google pay in which case the credit card info doesn’t go in the app.

Probably the quickest check in ever. I basically never stopped walking until it was time to set my bags down for the drug sniffing dog. I guess that the A3 boarding group on my boarding pass means nothing, as they gave me a Priority M placard... Either way, it looks like I'll be on board in about 45 minutes or so...

I think I'm going to have to find someone to watch my bag while I go to the restroom... I know people feel weird about that, but it's even weirder for me to bring it in there.

 

Oh, and I think I've decided to finally start working on my book "Traveling OCD"... I've been thinking about it for years, so there's no time like the present. You wouldn't even believe the things going on in my mind when it comes to things I have to endure just to be able to do this. I wouldn't wish this kind of thing on my worst enemy.

I just remembered to download the Carnival Hub app again, since I normally uninstall it whenever I debark the cruise. I'm not going to have any sort of Internet plan once I'm on board, but I guess the Hub works without a plan for basic things like checking in for anytime dining...

 

Hopefully my countdown is slightly less than what it's showing.

Now they make an announcement saying to board according to the letter and number on your boarding pass. Why even give out the placards with the letters then? Something tells me there's some confusion about to commence.

I think just hanging out with my ex all day yesterday kinda drove me up the wall... The coffee incident this morning is completely forgotten, although even the crappiest Motel 6 even offers free basic coffee.

Hopefully in these next 8 days Carnival can inject some Fun into my life that's been eluding me for awhile now. In a few hours I'll be putting the "review" on pause, and I hope to have a great story to tell upon my return... That's the plan, anyway...

I went and did my muster station thing, and now exploring some more. It's almost like my first time on board this ship, but I'm starting to remember the basic layout. After a few times on the newer, larger Excel class ships this thing seems small...
